Kyle Carragher completed his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University, with an Occupational Ergonomics certificate, before earning his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia.

Kyle has a special interest in treating sport-related and repetitive overuse injuries, as well as supporting individuals managing chronic pain. His approach to care is exercise-based and education-focused, with an emphasis on helping clients build confidence, independence, and long-term resilience. He also incorporates hands-on techniques to support recovery and enhance movement.

As a former competitive gymnast who represented Canada at the international level, Kyle understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of high-level sport and injury recovery. This experience shapes his empathetic, client-centered approach to care.

Outside of the clinic, Kyle enjoys staying active through bouldering, trail running, skiing, surfing, and exploring the outdoors. He is passionate about helping people return to the activities they love and perform at their best.

Ben graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (with Distinction) and a Concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation, before continuing on at Queen’s University, where he graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. Ben has worked as a student trainer with SFU’s varsity athletes and provided on-field coverage for numerous youth sporting events. He has experience working with a range of clients, including varsity athletes, children/youth, adults, and seniors. Ben strives to help his clients keep moving and pursue their passions, through active and individualized rehabilitation plans. He is currently pursuing further education in orthopaedic assessment and treatment techniques. In his spare time, Ben can often be found playing sports, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or matching wits with friends and family in the latest board game he has picked up.

Jason completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy degrees from the University of British Columbia. He also holds the Canadian Orthopaedic Division Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Level 1 Certification.

Before beginning his physiotherapy career, Jason worked as a kinesiologist, where he developed a strong foundation in active rehabilitation. His academic and professional experiences have allowed him to work with diverse populations, including athletes, older adults, post-surgical patients, and individuals managing various musculoskeletal or neurological conditions.

Jason takes a multifaceted approach to physical therapy. He emphasizes evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s unique needs. He is passionate about empowering his patients through education, helping them better understand their injuries while achieving their goals and returning to the activities they enjoy.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with friends and family, walking his dog, weight training, and watching sports.

Francisco obtained his degree in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University, after studying Biology and Psychology. He has also obtained a diploma from Uppsala University, Sweden in international health care development. Francisco has undergone continuing education in sports therapy, acupuncture, orthopaedics, golf injuries and ergonomics.

Francisco is actively involved in the mountain biking community, both as a therapist and as a participant, including his commitment as an instructor for the Canadian Mountain Biking Instructor Certification Program (CMIC). Francisco has also worked extensively with the New Westminster Hyacks football program, United Rugby club, as well as the Douglas College athletics program. He has pursued additional training in golf injury through the Titleist Performance Institute and Fit Fore Golf.

Adel is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong passion for musculoskeletal health. He has experience working with a wide range of individuals from elderly to the general population and high level athletes. He has special interest in lower back pain, shoulder and neck conditions, ACL rehabilitation, and tendon-related injuries.

His approach is grounded in evidence based practice, with a focus on helping patients reach their desired goals through an individualized treatment plan which includes a combination of manual therapy, customized exercise programs, and education to optimize the recovery process.

Adel has taken numerous continuing education courses focusing on the assessment and treatment of the neck, low back and shoulder. To upskill his knowledge and advance his skills, he has completed courses in vestibular and vertigo rehabilitation, running injury/analysis, Orthopaedic Division.

As passionate runner and having ran London Marathon himself in 2024, he loves treating fellow runners and understands what it takes to return to peak performance after an injury.

Outside of the clinic, Adel enjoys road cycling, running, beach volleyball, salsa dancing, padel tennis and pickleball. He is also actively involved in volunteering and community-building efforts in Port Coquitlam, working mainly with adolescents and youth to inspire positive change and give back to the community

Christina graduated with honours from the University of Findlay with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Physical Therapy. She is licensed in acupuncture and functional dry needling/IMS and holds certifications in the Mulligan technique and the Selective Functional Movement Assessments (SFMA). Christina is also currently pursuing an education in more advanced orthopaedic and manual physiotherapy, and has recently received certifications in concussion rehab.

Christina played varsity soccer at UF and in her retirement from soccer has taken up weightlifting and cycling. She has spent much of her life around competitive athletes and people who are enthusiastic about living life to the fullest. She has experience in treating a wide variety of patients from geriatrics to the weekend warriors, cross-fitters and elite level athletes.
